Wall of Bricks
While we were visiting our local Lego store I took some pictures of the Brick Wall, then I updated the location over at the Wall of Bricks website for Westfarms Mall.
I also attempted to update the wall over at Brick Buildr website, but quickly ran into some limitations with their database and didn't finish.
The Wall of Bricks site has a slightly better interface and also allows you to directly input the Lego part number in each cell - which was a big help.

Lego Store - Westfarms Mall
After having their US headquarters located in Connecticut for over 30 years, Lego has finally opened a couple of stores in state.
This morning we attended the official opening of the Lego Store in Westfarms Mall. Today is the middle day of this 3-day event.
There were building tables set up in the mall, a Teenage Ninja Turtle build-off and a line for the store was already 200 deep when it opened at 10 am.
After about a 30 minute wait in line we finally got into the actual store where we performed a quick walk-thru, checked out the Pick-A-Brick Wall and then grabbed a few wanted sets.
After another 15 minute wait in the the checkout line each of us made our purchases where we each qualified for a couple of promotional items for attending today.
Each of us received the June promo 40108 Balloon Cart polybag as well as the Grand Opening promo 3300003 LEGO Store boxed set - I received a invitation by mail so I also received a Teenage Ninja Turtles Duplo block.
Pricing was the same as Lego Shop Online and they even credited our VIP account with todays purchases so it was a win-win.
Duplo tables at Westfarms Mall - lots of busy builders.

Welcome to MrLego's New Home
This site is devoted primarily to my two major leisure time activities - First person shooter PC games and the world of Lego.
I've been called MrLego since the 70's, so it seemed only fitting that "mrlego.com" became my home in cyberspace.
Updates to this site are pretty infrequent, as I generally just use this space to host files of my ocasional level design work.
